Performance

  • Specially engineered with heavy-duty steel belts and 2-ply polyester construction for towing and carrying heavy loads.
  • Wide grooves help push water away from the tire, which helps reduce the risk of hydroplaning.
  • Specially engineered tread design to help retain traction in snowy conditions to help you power through winter.
  • New and innovative tread-to-road contact footprint allows the tire to adapt to the load and promote more even wear.*

Tire Review: Disappointing Performance and Safety ConcernsInitial Positive ExperienceUnfortunately, when I purchased the vehicle, the tires were already installed.Things went well for the first half of the tire's life; I did not experience any slippage.Severe Issues EmergeHowever, after hitting about twenty-five thousand miles, I started experiencing severe slippage and hydroplaning during the second half of the tire's life.Recommendation: Avoid These TiresI would definitely not recommend this tire.Driving on normal street conditions, the tires allowed for slippage during the second half of their life, after twenty-five thousand miles.Falling Short of Expected Performance

Good luck driving with these tires in any wet conditions. You will be sliding all over the place no traction what so ever I am scared to even drive in light rain or light snow flurry's.

Inexpensive tire that seems fine so far. Seldom drive the truck other than to store or maybe once in a while to work. Would recommend for the price.

    Review from Tire Rack consumer
These are the OEM tires from my Bronco Base 2D. They are loud, but OK on highway. With the GOAT mode set to sand, they had to be aired down to 20PSI to drive on beach sand. Recently, I had them slip while trying to transition from a shoulder to a newly paved road with a 5" berm of asphalt, and had to use 4WD to get up on the road. So, not very impressed with offroading with these.I wanted to write this review to warm anyone considering these tires to *NOT* depend on them in Winter with snow/ice. I live in the western maine mountains, and even in "slippery" GOAT mode, these tires are terrifying. They do not do well in slush, on ice, or in 4"+ snow. All of the electronic stabilization doodads, 4WD in crawler gear, can do nothing to overcome the slickness of these tires. I don't think the current reviews indicate how bad these tires are in winter, on a Bronco at least.
